What you'll do

Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to ground AI responses in enterprise knowledge.
Develop AI models to enhance customer service automation with measurable performance improvements.
Apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to optimize AI system performance.
Create AI tools to integrate AI-driven improvements into operational frameworks.
Design AI systems to improve interaction capabilities within complex service workflows.
Configure GenAI platforms and manage controlled rollouts from test groups to the enterprise.
Build systems to scan agents for policy drift, token usage, and model deprecation.
Own the evaluation harness and model cards to verify the trustworthiness of new models.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree plus related work experience or an advanced degree plus related work experience.
Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science.
Must have 2+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
Must have 2+ years of experience with AI tools and software development using programming languages such as Python or R.
Must have 2+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
Must possess skills in RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain.
Must have experience with cloud computing for RAG deployment and LLM application infrastructure.
Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) certification (preferred).
Machine Learning Certification (preferred).
Certified Data Scientist (CDS) certification (preferred).
