AI Engineer III

What you'll do

• Develop, deploy, and maintain production-quality AI models and scalable data pipelines.
• Transition experimental machine learning prototypes into robust, business-ready enterprise solutions.
• Build and manage RAG systems using LLMs, prompt engineering, and frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Implement MLOps practices including model monitoring, drift detection, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish operational readiness by defining Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and incident response strategies for AI services.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise workflows through the development of RESTful APIs.
• Ensure all AI systems comply with corporate governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies like generative AI to drive innovation across business applications.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience designing and shipping ML models to production.
• Proven experience leading the design of a significant ML-powered feature.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ for API development and software design.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG systems using LangChain or LangGraph.
• Expertise in MLOps, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring for drift and performance.
• Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, Azure) and big data technologies like Apache Spark.
