AI Engineer - FDE Software Engineering Senior Manager

What you'll do

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, and policy-based routing.
• Develop abstraction layers across multiple AI providers like Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI.
• Build scalable AI-native systems using Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Deploy domain-specific agentic workflows for industries such as finance, healthcare, and retail.
• Lead design workshops and code-with sessions to shape data-driven workflows with clients.
• Define and monitor key metrics for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost effectiveness.
• Create reusable patterns and documentation to influence internal assets and client roadmaps.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 10 years of experience with end-to-end software engineering and SDLC expertise.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Python or Java, including familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• Minimum 8 years of experience deploying to production using CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging.
• Minimum 3 years of experience engineering cloud-native systems including APIs, microservices, containerization, and serverless.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with AI platforms like OpenAI and Claude, including building abstraction layers for multi-provider pipelines.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering Agentic AI solutions.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience with semantic models, ontologies, knowledge graphs, or enterprise knowledge.
• Minimum 1 year of experience designing and deploying agentic solutions (RAG, orchestration, context engineering) in production environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
• Served as an Agentic AI Engineer in an enterprise environment (preferred).
• Additional AI certifications or agentic tool experience (preferred).
• Experience with enterprise-grade architectures for compound AI systems or orchestration frameworks (preferred).
• Experience delivering solutions across multiple industries by tailoring agentic workflows (preferred).
