What you'll do

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI automation opportunities by partnering with business stakeholders across the company.
  • Design, build, and deploy custom agents and agentic workflows using frontier models and modern orchestration tools.
  • Develop end-to-end solutions from initial concept and prototyping to production and enterprise-wide scaling.
  • Contribute to corporate AI strategy regarding tool investment, workflow prioritization, and impact measurement.
  • Establish AI governance standards including tool evaluation, security coordination, and adoption metrics.
  • Conduct evaluations to determine the feasibility of automation projects and measure their return on investment.

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience building with frontier LLMs to design and ship custom agents or agentic workflows for business problems.
  • Familiarity with the modern AI stack including LLM APIs, MCP, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency in coding, specifically with Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical AI work clearly.
  • A strategic mindset combined with a proactive "get it done" attitude.
