What we're looking for

Proven experience building and delivering end-to-end AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation solutions from design through deployment.
4+ years of experience designing and delivering AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Strong programming proficiency in Python and SQL using modern AI/ML frameworks to build scalable technical solutions.
Experience building production-ready tools such as intelligent agents, web apps, automation workflows, and decision-support tools.
Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, maintainable software and automation solutions.
Experience handling big data environments including Hadoop or Teradata; Google BigQuery experience is a plus.
Experience delivering production-ready solutions in complex, regulated, or controls-focused environments is preferred.
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
