AI Consultant - Pharmacovigilance/Safety Systems Implementation joins the Professional Services team to help life sciences organizations adopt AI within Vault Safety workflows. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the implementation, validation, and governance of AI agents in high-stakes, regulated environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing performance dashboards, conducting gap analyses, leading workshops on safety process optimization, and ensuring compliance with GxP and CSV standards. The role requires expertise in AI strategy, governance models, and monitoring protocols to manage agent reliability. You will work within the pharmacovigilance domain, translating complex AI concepts into compliant business practices for drug safety case management. Required skills include experience in regulated industries like healthcare or finance, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate technical requirements while ensuring auditability and oversight in a highly regulated regulatory landscape.
Advise drug safety clients on AI strategy and establish governance models for AI agents within Vault Safety workflows.
Partner with clients to develop validation and testing frameworks that comply with GxP and CSV standards.
Design and build custom dashboards to monitor AI agent accuracy, performance, and throughput in case management.
Master pharmacovigilance regulatory constraints to bridge complex AI concepts with domain-specific compliance needs.
Execute workshops and lead customer discussions regarding safety process optimization and system configuration.
Perform gap analyses and provide solution design for AI-driven Vault Safety implementations.
Act as the primary consultant to ensure customer success and value realization throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Identify opportunities for innovation by monitoring machine learning trends and translating them into actionable solutions.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience in strategic or implementation consulting helping clients adopt and operationalize AI solutions.
Proven experience consulting or working within a strictly regulated environment such as life sciences, healthcare, finance, insurance, or aerospace.
Hands-on experience designing governance models, agent oversight protocols, and performance metrics to track AI reliability and ROI.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex industry domains, workflows, and regulatory frameworks.
Ability to communicate complex AI and validation topics effectively to both business leaders and technical teams.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Knowledge of drug safety and pharmacovigilance processes and regulations (preferred).
Experience with systems like Oracle Argus, ARISg, or other drug safety applications (preferred); life science, computer science, or related degree (preferred).
