The AI Automation Equity Operations Associate joins the Stock Administration team to transform and scale processes supporting global equity programs, specifically RSU and Employee Stock Purchase Plan programs. This role involves identifying inefficiencies in stock administration workflows and building automation to reduce manual effort in data preparation, reconciliations, reporting, and employee communications. The successful candidate will develop dashboards, metrics, and standard operating procedures while partnering with Legal, Tax, Financial Reporting, Payroll, and HR departments. To achieve these goals, the individual will utilize Python, SQL, low-code tools, AI agents, LLMs, RPA, and scripting to automate recurring tasks. Required skills include experience in data cleaning and transformation, proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for large datasets, and a strong ability to translate complex processes into repeatable steps using emerging technologies to solve practical business problems.
Build AI agents and automation workflows to reduce manual effort in data preparation, reporting, and validation.
Analyze Stock Administration workflows to identify friction points and opportunities for standardization and scaling.
Use Python, SQL, and low-code tools to transform repeatable manual tasks into scalable processes.
Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor activity and prioritize future system enhancements.
Create clear process documentation, standard operating procedures, and control frameworks for consistent execution.
Partner with Legal, Tax, Financial Reporting, Payroll, and HR to improve the reliability of stock-plan information.
Support the team's readiness for major recurring equity events through improved tools and scalable workflows.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience.
Programming experience in Python or a similar language to process, clean, transform, and validate data.
Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, or agent frameworks for operational problem solving.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills including large datasets, formulas, lookups, pivots, and reconciliation techniques.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Experience with reporting tools, data visualization, workflow automation, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere (or other RPA tool), or SQL (preferred).
Prior exposure to equity compensation, stock administration, financial operations, Charles Schwab EquiView platform, or UKG Pro (preferred).
