AI Adoption Specialist

What you'll do

• Analyze client missions and organizational relationships to develop strategic knowledge of the operational environment.
• Construct frameworks using visual effects and tools to inform assigned mission areas.
• Develop applicable approaches for exercises, wargaming, crises, and various combat operations.
• Conduct capability assessments on AI and Machine Learning technologies, including risks and vulnerabilities.
• Assess organizational AI readiness and develop roadmap designs, standards, and implementation guidelines.
• Present AI solutions and implications to management to foster organization-wide adoption.
• Conduct mission-focused demonstrations and draft executive-level summaries with data-driven recommendations.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience with data analysis or data science in cyberspace or SIGINT mission environments.
• Knowledge of DoW IT environments, including DoDIN, DCO/OCO, or SIGINT tactical architectures.
• Knowledge of AI/ML and advanced data management techniques to visualize mission-critical information.
• Ability to assess organizational AI readiness and develop roadmap designs, frameworks, and implementation guidelines.
• Ability to present AI solutions to management and conduct mission-focused demonstrations with executive-level summaries.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor’s degree in an Applied Science field such as Cybersecurity, CS, Data Science, or SIGINT.
• Experience with project charters, senior leadership briefings, DIB engagement, Power BI, or advanced degrees (preferred).
