AI Adoption Specialist

What you'll do

• Analyze client missions and organizational relationships to develop strategic knowledge of the operational environment.
• Construct frameworks to explain the operational environment through visual effects and tools.
• Design approaches for exercises, wargaming, crises, and offensive or defensive combat operations.
• Conduct capability assessments on AI and Machine Learning technologies, including risks and vulnerabilities.
• Assess organizational AI readiness and contribute to the design of AI roadmaps and implementation guidelines.
• Scope and interpret AI solutions to management to foster organizational adoption of mission capabilities.
• Conduct mission-focused demonstrations and develop practical use case applications for clients.
• Draft executive-level summaries with data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience with data analysis or data science, including within cyberspace or signals intelligence (SIGINT) mission environments.
• Experience working with industry engagements, academia, or technical universities to advance capabilities through research, innovation, and technology partnerships.
• Knowledge of Department of War (DoW) IT environments, including DoDIN, defensive/offensive cyber operations, or SIGINT tactical architectures.
• Knowledge of AI/ML and advanced data management techniques, tools, and platforms to visualize mission-critical information.
• Ability to assess organizational AI readiness, contribute to roadmap design, and construct mission-aligned frameworks and implementation guidelines.
• Ability to scope, present, and interpret AI solutions to management while collaborating across the organization to foster adoption.
• Ability to conduct mission-focused demonstrations, develop practical use case applications, and draft executive-level summaries with data-driven recommendations.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor’s degree in an Applied Science field such as Cybersecurity, CS, Data Science, or SIGINT.
• Experience preparing project charters and leading working groups to address data analytics (preferred).
• Experience analyzing operational assessment methodologies and preparing briefings for senior leadership (preferred).
• Experience working with the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) (preferred).
• Knowledge of operations in network operations, SIGINT, information operations, space, or electronic warfare (preferred).
• Ability to create KM solutions and use Power BI tools to create dashboards and visual displays (preferred).
• Master’s degree (preferred).
