What we're looking for

2+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile Methodologies
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and significant related work experience
Coaching leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project management
Agile/SAFe certification such as SAFe RTE, SPC, or PMI-ACP
Critical thinking skills and excellent communication abilities
