What you'll do

Plan and optimize satellite integration workstations to meet processing rates.
Design and implement manufacturing processes for efficient material flow.
Integrate satellites onto dispensers using precise technical requirements.
Continuously improve satellite integration and test procedures for efficiency.
Interface with facilities personnel to set up and maintain payload processing areas.
Evaluate and enhance takt time to optimize production schedules.
Author and enforce work instructions and standard operating processes.

What we're looking for

Experience in mechanical or electrical hardware assembly, test, and installation.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Passport and meet customs entry requirements.
Must pass Kennedy Space Center background check.
Familiar with satellite integration processes and procedures.
Experience working with Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and ESD sensitive hardware.
2+ years of hands-on engineering experience in space/aerospace maintenance or test lab environments.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
