What you'll do

Investigate and resolve non-conformance issues in manufacturing.
Design, install, and qualify production equipment for satellite assemblies.
Plan material flow and define manufacturing processes for new assemblies.
Support space hardware testing by designing tooling and analyzing data.
Optimize production processes using DFM and DFT principles.
Develop test cases for functional, performance, and stress testing of hardware.

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturability and Testability principles.
Experience with designing test cases for hardware systems, including functional and stress testing.
Proficiency in analyzing large data sets from test campaigns using scripting tools or external software.
Ability to support space hardware testing, including tooling design and data analysis.
Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools (preferred).
Experience in designing complex mechanical products and equipment at volume (preferred).
