What you'll do

Lead a cross-functional team responsible for systems engineering for the Secure Network Processing product line.
Define Technical Performance Measures (TPMs) and Key Performance Parameters (KPPs) based on customer needs.
Organize system requirements and define system and subsystem behaviors from customer requirements.
Design structural and functional system architectures including RMA, Performance, RMF, and Security.
Document system architecture using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies.
Coordinate with hardware, software, and firmware teams to confirm requirement verification and compliance.
Manage the systems development life cycle using requirements management and system modeling tools.
Implement and document new technologies and processes to support multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Success leading the systems development life cycle with proficiency in requirements management and system modeling tools (preferred).
Strong presentation and communication skills with experience in negotiation and meeting challenging customer requirements (preferred).
Understands networking (TCP/IP, MPLS, VPN, ESP) and network device routing and forwarding (preferred).
Experience with MBSE and Magicdraw (preferred).
