Advanced Electrical Engineer, Production Test & Troubleshooting

What you'll do

• Diagnose failures on analog, digital, power, RF, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Perform root cause analysis to isolate failures at the component, assembly, or system level.
• Design, integrate, and maintain automated production test equipment and custom test fixtures.
• Develop test strategies using LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, and NI hardware to improve throughput.
• Bring up complex electronic systems and troubleshoot hardware/software interface issues.
• Validate system requirements and investigate intermittent failures during environmental testing.
• Support production lines by analyzing yield issues and performing corrective actions.
• Review circuit card schematics to drive continuous improvement in design and assembly.

What we're looking for

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field plus 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience.
• Expert-level component and system-level troubleshooting with demonstrated root cause analysis experience.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and improving automated production test systems and test fixtures.
• Proven ability to integrate, verify, and debug complex electronic systems in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficient using electrical engineering CAD tools and mixed signal circuit analysis/design (preferred).
• Research & Development experience including concept, design, modeling, prototyping, and testing (preferred).
