What you'll do

  • Diagnose failures on analog, digital, power, RF, and mixed-signal circuits at the component and system levels.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues within complex electronic systems.
  • Design, integrate, and maintain automated production test equipment and custom test fixtures.
  • Develop test strategies using LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, or C# to improve manufacturing throughput and defect detection.
  • Bring up complex electronic systems and troubleshoot interface issues involving various communication protocols.
  • Support production lines by analyzing yield issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Review circuit card schematics and perform mixed-signal circuit analysis to drive design improvements.
  • Validate system requirements through integration, verification, and environmental testing.

What we're looking for

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • A Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 3 years of experience.
  • Expert-level component and system-level troubleshooting with demonstrated root cause analysis experience.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and improving automated production test systems and test fixtures.
  • Proven ability to integrate, verify, and debug complex electronic systems in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proficiency in electrical engineering CAD tools and mixed signal circuit analysis/design (preferred).
  • Research & Development experience including concept, design, modeling, prototyping, and testing (preferred).
