What you'll do

Diagnose failures on analog, digital, power, RF, and mixed-signal circuits at the component and system levels.
Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues within complex electronic systems.
Design, integrate, and maintain automated production test equipment and custom test fixtures.
Develop test strategies using LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, or C# to improve manufacturing throughput and defect detection.
Bring up complex electronic systems and troubleshoot interface issues involving various communication protocols.
Support production lines by analyzing yield issues and implementing corrective actions.
Review circuit card schematics and perform mixed-signal circuit analysis to drive design improvements.
Validate system requirements through integration, verification, and environmental testing.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
A Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 3 years of experience.
Expert-level component and system-level troubleshooting with demonstrated root cause analysis experience.
Experience developing, maintaining, and improving automated production test systems and test fixtures.
Proven ability to integrate, verify, and debug complex electronic systems in a manufacturing or production environment.
Proficiency in electrical engineering CAD tools and mixed signal circuit analysis/design (preferred).
Research & Development experience including concept, design, modeling, prototyping, and testing (preferred).
