Account Manager - Adyen

What you'll do

• Manage and build long-term partnerships with merchants to reduce churn and maximize account value.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and drive commercial discussions to meet financial targets.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects across accounts, leveraging internal support teams as needed.
• Serve as the customer’s voice within Adyen, providing feedback to improve product and merchant experience.
• Independently manage tasks, meeting project deadlines while resolving issues to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality results.
• Present complex pricing models and negotiate terms with merchants to secure commercial success.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in client-facing and commercial roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise software or financial services accounts.
• Strong skills in presenting, negotiating, and structuring pricing models.
• Experience in building long-term partnerships with merchants to reduce churn.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills for project prioritization.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and resolve issues without supervision.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Polish.
