What we're looking for

  • 8+ years experience in digital accessibility at enterprise scale.
  • Expert knowledge of WCAG 2.2, WAI-ARIA, and core web/platform semantics.
  • Hands-on software engineering experience with APIs, libraries, automation.
  • Strong product management skills for internal platforms and stakeholder alignment.
  • Significant AI experience including building AI-powered tooling and workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams of accessibility experts and engineers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across complex organizations.
