What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in architecting and deploying production solutions with best practices.
  • Strong Python development skills; familiarity with C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS beneficial.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI software engineering solutions for accelerated development.
  • 3+ years implementing AI solutions that drive measurable business impact.
  • Expertise in prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Deep understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Experience tuning language models, labeling data, and architecting data pipelines.
