What You'll Do:
- Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize large-scale, complex Active Directory environments (multi-forest, multi-site, hybrid).
- Maintain and enhance Entra ID (Azure AD) multi-tenant environments, integrating with on-premises and cloud services.
- Collaborate in the design and rollout of security guardrails for directory services and privileged access, both on-prem and in the cloud.
- Develop, implement, and manage automation/scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.) for routine operations and self-service enablement, leveraging generative and agentic AI technologies when appropriate.
- Participate in a rotating On-Call schedule to ensure 24/7 operational coverage.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support incident response, change management, and audits.
- Drive adoption of modern security frameworks, including Zero Trust and least privilege principles.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with security guardrails: enforcing LDAPS, disabling legacy protocols, implementing modern encryption and experience with cloud security controls: Conditional Access, risk-based authentication, privileged role management.
- Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.) for automation.
- Familiarity with SIEM platforms (Splunk or similar) and security monitoring and understanding of Zero Trust and identity-centric security architecture with Deep expertise with multi-forest, multi-site Active Directory operations, troubleshooting, and replication.
- Proficient in authentication, authorization, and access control concepts.
- Strong knowledge of core networking, virtualization, and cloud concepts (Azure, AWS, GCP) and experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) administration and integration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) or equivalent 8+ years of enterprise IT experience, including directory services and privileged access management.

- Experience supporting application migrations from on-prem to cloud-native environments and supporting large-scale, hybrid or cloud-native environments.

Your Impact:
We are seeking a Hardware Manager, Post-Silicon Electrical Validation with deep expertise in lab-intensive hardware validation to lead testing and debug of high-performance networking silicon. This role is heavily focused on hands-on work in silicon validation labs, driving early-silicon bring-up, performing advanced electrical and protocol measurements, and owning end-to-end root-cause analysis of silicon, package, and board-level issues. The position offers significant technical ownership, cross-functional influence, and exposure to complex networking ASICs and high-speed interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead hands-on post-silicon electrical validation in lab environments for networking ASICs and evaluation platforms
- Own early-silicon bring-up activities from first power-on through feature enablement
- Define, execute, and refine detailed hardware validation plans covering functionality characterization, performance, and reliability
- Drive validation readiness, lab infrastructure setup, and test coverage strategy
- Lead power-on sequencing, reset strategy validation, clock bring-up, and strap configuration
- Perform in-depth voltage, current, power integrity (PDN), and signal integrity analysis
- Capture, analyze, and interpret waveforms, eye diagrams, jitter, BER, PDN measurements, power supply stability and noise.
- Independently isolate and root-cause silicon, package, board, or signal integrity issues
- Lead validation of Ethernet MAC/PHY and high-speed interfaces such as PCIe and SerDes

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience building full-stack web applications, including modern front-end UIs and middle-tier / API services.
- Proficiency with:
- Angular 17+ (with Angular Material) for responsive, component-based UIs
- C# and .NET 8+ for backend services and BFF patterns
- YARP for API routing and reverse-proxy integration
- SSO Auth + mTLS for secure inter-service communication
- Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs that integrate with enterprise systems.
