2027 Mechanical Engineer Intern

What you'll do

• Design and build mechanical engineering prototypes.
• Analyze failures in designs to improve project outcomes.
• Transition successful projects into production processes.
• Present design reviews to stakeholders and teams.
• Execute hardware test plans for new products.
• Visit vendors to gather necessary materials and components.

What we're looking for

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• Must be a rising senior at the time of internship and returning to school afterward for at least one quarter/semester.
• Collegiate project team or laboratory experience required.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program.
• Experience with NX/Teamcenter and/or Solidworks preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with FEA and CFD analysis tools is beneficial.
• Ability to integrate electrical components into mechanical designs.
