What you'll do

  • Support compensation planning cycles and manage competitive compensation programs.
  • Manage benefits administration, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Execute People Operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, and HR system data entry.
  • Translate complex HR data into actionable insights through reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects to drive improvements in operational efficiency.
  • Provide accurate and empathetic support for employee benefits inquiries and orientations.

What we're looking for

  • Recent graduate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High integrity and discretion for handling confidential information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, or related field.
  • Prior internship experience in HR, compensation, benefits, or People operations (preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities or projects.
