2026 Early Career Financial Analyst

What you'll do

• Support month-end close activities including cost validation and variance review.
• Perform cost reclassifications to ensure expenses are charged correctly across contracts.
• Review timecard allocations with program managers and employees for accuracy.
• Conduct data analysis and reconciliation to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Assist in maintaining contract budget baselines, updating work breakdown structures.
• Support billing processes by reconciling costs to invoices and tracking receivables.
• Build financial reports and dashboards using Excel, Anaplan, and Foundry tools.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years experience in finance, accounting, or analytical roles; internships count.
• Strong Excel modeling skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
