What we're looking for

High School Diploma/GED.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Strong programming skills in one or more system-level or backend languages such as C, C++, or Python.
Foundational knowledge of Operating Systems, Computer Architecture, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Interest in applying AI-assisted development tools and modern software engineering practices.
Coursework or experience in Assembler, Operating Systems, Computer Architecture, and Systems Programming (preferred).
Understanding of source control, code reviews, defect tracking, and mainframe or z/OS environments (preferred).
