Work Instruction Technical Writer/Editor - Engineering Technician Level 3 or Level 4

What you'll do

• Edit, format, proofread, and maintain work packages and electronic work instructions.
• Implement Technical Manual standards and ensure work instruction formatting consistency.
• Support engineering team in issuing, updating, and closing work instructions.
• Utilize WP database to maintain incorporation logs and Work Instruction listings for programs.
• Generate customer needed documentation including As-Runs, Photos, and associated documents.
• Author existing paperwork instructions to the MES environment.

What we're looking for

• Government Secret security clearance required
• 4+ years of relevant technical writing or editing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience maintaining standardization across multiple programs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Preferred: Active U.S. Government DoD Secret clearance
