What you'll do

Design and implement test solutions for multiple wireless technologies from NPI to mass production.
Own and debug test stations at module factories.
Plan wireless module tests around upstream and downstream tests at multiple vendors.
Drive module vendors and fixture suppliers to implement Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) solutions.
Analyze production data to improve yields, test times, and production capabilities.
Develop and validate test methodologies for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, UWB, GPS, Cellular, and NFC.
Design, validate, and debug DUT control boards.

What we're looking for

BS degree and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
Programming experience in C, C++, Matlab, Python, or other similar languages.
Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment and programming high-volume ATE testers such as LitePoint, Advantest, and Teradyne.
Familiarity with communication and debug interfaces including SPI, SWD, PCIe, and JTAG protocols.
MSEE/PHD with 5+ years of relevant industry experience (preferred).
Deep understanding of wireless technologies (preferred).
Skilled at driving cross-functional decision-making and collaborating with various test teams to develop end-to-end testing strategies (preferred).
Experience in data and yield analysis including 6-Sigma Analysis, with proficiency in JMP or similar tools a plus (preferred).
