What we're looking for

  • At least 7 years of experience leading high-performing technology teams.
  • Proven track record in SRE transformation within financial services or FinTech.
  • Expertise in creating and presenting executive-level operational excellence strategies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interact with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and organizational change management skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Ability to anticipate, identify, and manage risks within scope.
