What you'll do

What we're looking for

Over 12 years of experience in software engineering and quality engineering.
At least 5 years of leadership experience in technical teams and talent development.
Deep expertise in modern software delivery practices and testing technologies.
Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
Proven success driving adoption of technical tools, practices, and standards.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, architecture, and platform teams.
Experience evaluating, implementing, and scaling enterprise testing solutions.
