What you'll do

  • Establish governance around AI usage to meet enterprise standards for security, privacy, and compliance.

What we're looking for

  • At least 12 years of experience in software engineering or related technical disciplines.
  • Proven track record leading large engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Strong background in SDLC, Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern quality engineering practices.
  • Deep knowledge of AI/ML-driven solutions for testing, automation, and platform environments.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks, observability tools, and engineering analytics.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
