Essential skills include hands-on experience with Delinea products, expertise in PAM best practices, and knowledge of Zero Trust models, along with a background in cybersecurity and identity & access management.

What you'll do

  • Own and communicate the multi-year product strategy for enterprise PAM.
  • Lead Privileged Access Analysts to support PAM program initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of secure vaulting, credential rotation, and least privilege practices.
  • Implement privileged access lifecycle controls across diverse environments.
  • Enable Zero Trust-aligned privileged access patterns including JIT access.
  • Oversee continuous improvement of advanced monitoring and session recording.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity with depth in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and security controls.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-value, cross-functional technology/security initiatives across multiple workstreams.
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, coaching, and enabling team members to drive maturity and skill development.
  • Strong requirements and delivery execution skills including Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms for operational/delivery purposes.
