They should be proficient in tools like Archer, JIRA, Service Now, and GRC systems, and have a deep understanding of frameworks such as NIST and CIS. This position requires expertise in managing global teams and navigating the complexities of regulatory compliance across diverse business lines and geographies.
Develop and revise governance program strategy, operating model, and KPIs.
Define cyber program accountability across enterprise and advisor communities globally.
Confirm framework for policies, standards, controls, and risks, identifying gaps.
Establish traceability based on standard framework using available tools.
Lead control monitoring project to demonstrate time and risk reduction.
Mentor and manage team providing oversight and quality assurance.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in governance leadership within cybersecurity and technology for a financial services firm.
Proven ability to articulate, drive, and measure successful development or transformation in technology and cybersecurity.
At least 5 years of experience partnering across business lines and third-line-of-defense to meet governance objectives.
Strong understanding of key frameworks like NIST and CIS, with the ability to develop clear policies and controls.
Experience leading a team and developing competencies through mentorship and quality assurance.
Proficiency in GRC tools such as Archer, JIRA, Service Now for control automation.
