As a PAM Engineer at Grade 12, you will join our cybersecurity team to manage and enhance our privileged access management infrastructure using Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, and Just Enough Privilege (JEP). Your daily tasks include installing, configuring, and maintaining these platforms while integrating various IT systems such as databases and ServiceNow. You will also support secure credential management processes, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with network and security teams to ensure compliance. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers, influencing the PAM roadmap, driving standardization and automation, and leading major initiatives like platform upgrades and resilience improvements. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in cybersecurity, particularly in IAM and PAM platforms, along with strong skills in PowerShell scripting for Delinea/Secret Server use cases, SQL for reporting needs, and Linux/Bash for administrative tasks.

What you'll do
Install, configure, and maintain Delinea Secret Server and JEP platforms.
Integrate databases, ServiceNow, and network devices with PAM vaults.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the PAM system promptly.
Drive standardization and automation of PAM processes and policies.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
Lead design reviews for complex PAM solutions and integration approaches.
What we're looking for
Proven experience with Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, and Just Enough Privilege (JEP).
Hands-on integration expertise for diverse IT systems including databases, ServiceNow, and network devices.
Strong knowledge of privileged credential lifecycle management and security best practices.
Demonstrated technical leadership in PAM engineering, mentoring engineers, and setting standards.
Experience driving roadmap planning and executing complex technical initiatives across teams.
Comfortable with PowerShell scripting for Delinea/Secret Server automation and REST API integration.
