What you'll do
Design and implement enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements.
Establish responsible AI principles addressing fairness, transparency, accountability, privacy, and safety.
Develop and maintain comprehensive AI governance documentation including charters and SOPs.
Ensure compliance of AI systems with financial services regulations such as FCRA and ECOA.
Lead the development of AI risk assessment frameworks to identify and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to interpret regulatory guidance for technical controls.
