What you'll do

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI-driven advisor workflows.
  • Lead development of the agent operating system, setting standards for invocation and interaction models.
  • Establish decision frameworks for agent responses and escalations across advisor workflows.
  • Oversee creation and governance of advisor-generated experiences within compliance guardrails.
  • Drive pilot programs with success metrics and manage enterprise rollout strategies.
  • Define telemetry, evaluation frameworks, and success metrics to continuously improve product performance.
  • Partner with InfoSec, Privacy, and Risk to ensure compliance with AI standards and protocols.

What we're looking for

  • At least 8 years of product management experience with measurable business impact.
  • Experience delivering conversational or agentic AI products, including workflow execution.
  • Proven track record in taking products from pilot to enterprise-scale adoption.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as business or computer science.
  • Familiarity with building extensible platforms and ecosystem thinking.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services advisor workflows preferred.
