Vice President, Quality Engineering

What you'll do

• Define and own the quality engineering strategy and roadmap aligned with business and technology goals.
• Serve as the senior expert on quality practices, risk management, and release readiness.
• Oversee the design of test strategies for functional, regression, and external system integrations.
• Establish data-driven quality gates, metrics, and release criteria to support safe deployments.
• Identify opportunities for end-to-end integrated testing strategies to maximize coverage and efficiency.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing QE managers, engineers, and specialists.
• Design scalable, maintainable, and reusable software and test solutions.
• Embed quality into every stage of the software development lifecycle to enable rapid innovation.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering and quality assurance.
• Proven experience leading QE/QA teams for complex, large-scale technology platforms.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong expertise in test automation, modern QA tools, and quality engineering principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams at a senior level.
• Strong architectural insight to design scalable, maintainable, and reusable software and test solutions.
