Vice President, Core Experiences Product Manager

What you'll do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for foundational customer experiences like spend management and account access.
• Identify customer pain points to simplify end-to-end journeys across self-service and assisted channels.
• Lead product discovery, research, and requirements development in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Drive end-to-end product delivery from initial concept through launch, rollout, and post-launch iteration.
• Establish success metrics and use analytics, experimentation, and feedback to inform prioritization decisions.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmaps, and trade-offs to stakeholders and senior leadership.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of product management experience developing and launching customer-facing products at scale.
• Experience leading products through the full product development lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Experience simplifying complex customer problems and translating them into intuitive customer experiences.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, operational considerations, and technical constraints.
• Experience using experimentation and data-driven decision-making to guide product strategy and prioritization.
• Experience operating in large, highly matrixed organizations with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience building products that improved self-service adoption, task completion, and/or customer satisfaction (preferred).
• Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
