Venture Lead, Creator Services

What you'll do

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, designers, and researchers to launch a new product offering.
• Define the vision for a full stack of creator services including brand deals and storefront management.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user discovery specifically for independent creators.
• Develop a go-to-market plan incorporating partnerships with relevant creator platforms and communities.
• Own the product P&L and manage the associated budget.
• Create a vision for using Generative AI to automate complex workflows for creators.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 12+ years of experience as a Product leader or startup operator.
• Experience building consumer or creator-facing products (preferred).
• Deep understanding of how creators build audiences, monetize work, and manage businesses.
• Ability to build a vision for how Generative AI can automate workflows and surface insights.
• Proven ability to influence and rally collaborators around a vision to gain alignment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to converse fluently with developers on technical concepts related to AI/ML.
