What you'll do

  • Bridge the gap between design and front-end engineering teams.
  • Prototype and validate new product ideas with mentors across various departments.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's design system.
  • Translate user research into polished, performant, and accessible interfaces.
  • Execute scoped technical tasks end-to-end to build platform features.
  • Deliver well-documented, tested, and operable code for production use.
  • Take ownership over the completion and quality of assigned projects.

What we're looking for

  • Current enrollment in a Master's program in computer science, statistics, psychology, sociology, applied sciences, or a related field.
  • Must obtain a Master's degree in a relevant field by 2027.
  • Previous Software Engineering internship experience.
  • Proficiency in a dynamic programming language such as JavaScript, CSS, C++, HTML, Python, Java, or Go.
  • Ability to bridge design and engineering teams while translating research into performant interfaces.
  • Passion for solving user-experience problems and improving the quality of the user experience.
  • Ability to communicate new ideas with candor and learn continuously from experiences.
  • Must be a US-based applicant.
