What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 4 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, possess 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related area and 2 years of experience (preferred).
Demonstrate proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation.
Show proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and leading full software development lifecycle activities including CI/CD.
Possess the ability to integrate AI/ML components and develop intelligent automation using Python, Java, and C++.
Exhibit demonstrated skills in mentoring engineers, driving technical decisions, and fostering continuous learning.
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
