What you'll do

  • Develop backend services with Java (Spring Boot preferred) to ensure robust orchestration and integrations.
  • Implement REST APIs using OAuth and enterprise integration patterns to facilitate secure API-driven solutions.
  • Write custom scripting logic using SNIPPET for advanced use cases in complex contact center environments.
  • Drive CI/CD automation, deployments, and testing strategies to enhance development efficiency and reliability.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive hands-on experience with NICE inContact/CXone platform and Studio scripting.
  • Expertise in Java development using Spring Boot for backend services and microservices.
  • Proven ability to design, build, and maintain complex contact center call flows at scale.
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating them securely using OAuth.
  • Demonstrated skill in integrating NICE with AI platforms and automation solutions.
