What you'll do

Lead data engineering efforts for platform analytics.

What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Proven experience leading data engineering development.
Experience delivering scoped features or models through collaborative engineering teams.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages including JavaScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++.
Demonstrated ability to drive full software development lifecycle with CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.
Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools.
Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable technical requirements.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year's experience (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
