What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 3 years of experience.
Alternatively, must have 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Must have proven expertise in full stack software development with proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, and API development.
Must have proven experience in managing complex system architecture and scaling.
Must have strong experience in code review, debugging, and delivering scoped features through iterative and incremental development.
Must have a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
Must have the ability to integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools.
Must have demonstrated skills in solution design, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Master’s degree in a related field and 1 year of experience (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
