(USA) Senior Manager I, Reliability

What you'll do

• Manages vendor relationships by negotiating prices and reviewing contracts for compliance with cost and scope requirements.
• Protects Walmart assets through budgeting, monitoring capital spending plans, and developing maintenance practices to enhance equipment reliability.
• Leads regional operations teams in strategy development, performance indicator communication, and asset utilization optimization.
• Ensures regulatory compliance by training staff on policies and procedures related to OSHA, EPA, FSA, and other relevant regulations.
• Implements new technologies and processes to improve distribution network efficiency while minimizing operational disruptions.
• Develops maintenance management skills through third-party training activities and mentoring programs for associates.

What we're looking for

• Requires at least 3 years of experience in operations, distribution, logistics, or retail with supervisory responsibilities.
• Must have project management skills and experience managing budgets and contracts.
• Needs strong leadership abilities to develop and train maintenance staff.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and adherence to OSHA, EPA, FSA regulations required.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams for technology implementation and process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred; PMP certification beneficial.
