What you'll do

Use AI-assisted development tools to shorten the path from initial question to validated analysis.
Build and manage centralized reporting dashboards aligned with leadership and merchandising needs.
Present complex analysis as simple, defensible narratives to merchants and senior leadership.
Determine the appropriate level of statistical or machine learning rigor based on business stakes.
Manage end-to-end projects from rapid prototyping to validated, actionable analytics.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
4 years of experience in data analytics or a related field with a Bachelor's degree.
6 years of experience in data analytics or a related field without a Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in advanced or predictive analytics that directly influenced business decisions.
Fluency in translating ambiguous business questions into analytical approaches and findings into recommendations.
Command of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
Strong SQL and Python skills, including comfort with AI-assisted IDEs and CLI coding agents.
Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis (preferred).
Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as SAS or R (preferred).
Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Statistics (preferred).
