JOB TITLE: (USA) Principal, Technology Operations The (USA) Principal, Technology Operations joins the Walmart US eCommerce cross border inbound team to lead the cross border trucking program within North America. This role involves owning the long-term strategy, creating critical roadmaps, and defining success metrics for trucking products that provide Marketplace Sellers with fast, reliable, and affordable shipping options to the Walmart Fulfillment network. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the project planning process, driving change management, and providing program leadership across business, tech, product, support, and operations teams. The successful candidate will utilize skills in project management, program operations, and supply chain logistics to manage complex, multi-threaded projects. Core competencies include cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and the ability to translate market trends into technical requirements for cross border logistics services.

What you'll do

Own the long-term strategy and product roadmap for the cross-border trucking program.
Define and drive success metrics to measure program performance and growth.
Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within the established budget.
Identify and communicate program risks and lead the resolution of key issues and escalations.
Lead cross-functional teams across business, tech, product, support, and operations to deliver strategy.
Standardize and lead the change management process to drive effective organizational transitions.
Manage the project planning process to ensure efficient and timely business reviews.
Analyze market trends to anticipate and exceed customer expectations for shipping options.

What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
Option 2: 7 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
Experience in supply chain, cross border logistics services, and/or freight forwarding.
Experience executing cross-functional projects without direct authority over the teams involved.
Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded projects and bring order to ambiguity.
Superior communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under aggressive deadlines.
Master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
