What we're looking for
Obtain a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related area and 6 years of experience in engineering or program management.
Possess 8 years of experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or a related area.
Demonstrate proven experience driving analytics and insights from disparate data sources.
Possess extensive experience in program and project management, including risk and stakeholder management across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Maintain strong technical expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, software lifecycle, and emerging technologies.
Demonstrate the ability to develop a technology strategy with clear goals and benefits.
Exhibit executive presence with effective communication and influence across teams and stakeholders.
Possess financial acumen to articulate the short and long-term impact of technical decisions on P&L.
Knowledge of artificial intelligence and product strategy to support innovative technology solutions (preferred).
Obtain a Project Management certification (preferred).
Obtain a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, or information systems and 4 years of experience in product design (preferred).
Demonstrate knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
