The (USA) Principal, Data Analyst joins the Product Analytics team to partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Business teams across the end-to-end search stack. What we're looking for
Meet one of three education/experience paths: Bachelor's with 4 years experience, Master's with 2 years experience, or 6 years of relevant experience.
6+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, business analytics, or a related quantitative role.
Strong SQL and Python skills with experience working with large-scale behavioral, transactional, or event-level datasets.
Deep experience with experimentation, including metric selection, test design, statistical interpretation, guardrails, segmentation, and launch recommendations.
Ability to conduct ambiguous, high-impact analyses and structure problems from first principles.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear analytical narratives, dashboards, and metric readouts.
Experience in retail, merchandising, healthcare, or eCommerce (preferred).
Successful completion of assessments in data analysis and BI tools like Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau (preferred).
