What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
Proven experience leading advanced analytics projects and managing cross-functional teams to deliver business insights.
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT), and Airflow for data modeling and automation.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement complex data models and algorithms to solve business challenges.
Expertise in stakeholder management and collaborating with leadership to align analytics with strategic objectives.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of driving initiatives from concept to execution.
Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering continuous learning and performance improvement.
Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis (preferred).
Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Statistics (preferred).
