University Engagement & Partnerships Specialist

What you'll do

• Execute university engagement plans aligned with Anduril’s hiring priorities.
• Manage logistical planning and execution for campus events like tech talks and career fairs.
• Facilitate connections between technical student groups and Anduril’s engineering teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional participation in campus activities from engineering leaders to recruiters.
• Track and report on engagement metrics, event ROI, and pipeline conversion.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years experience in talent acquisition, university relations, or event management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with academic communities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities for multiple events.
• Familiarity with engineering campus ecosystems (robotics, hardware, autonomy).
• Data-driven approach to tracking engagement metrics and event success.
• Ability to travel during peak campus seasons.
