What you'll do

Analyze training requirements and define clear learning outcomes with SMEs.

Translate complex technical information into engaging and digestible learning experiences.
Partner with trainers to ensure effective delivery and assessment of training programs.

What we're looking for

3-5 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
Proven ability to work with technical SMEs and develop structured learning paths.
Strong knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, Gange’s, Merrill’s, and other adult learning theories.
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to create training content for various modalities including ILT, eLearning, etc.
Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills required.
