  • Identify early technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
  • Influence silicon-level requirements based on system and module needs for optimal design.

What we're looking for

  • Strong background in analog circuit design with experience through full product cycles.
  • Proficiency in SPICE for circuit simulation and lab debug capabilities.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and drive alignment across multi-functional teams.
  • Experience with capacitive or biometric sensing systems and flexible PCB design.
  • Skill in statistical analysis tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with FEA/simulation tools like COMSOL, ANSYS, Maxwell.
  • Track record of creating engineering specifications and translating system requirements into circuit implementations.
