What you'll do

Build and maintain financial systems to manage P&L, capital, balance sheet, and liquidity metrics.
Define the long-term vision for systems supporting business strategies and evolving regulatory landscapes.
Develop high-level and detailed technical designs, testing strategies, and implementation plans.
Translate business needs into process workflows, data requirements, and technical specifications.
Implement and maintain best practices for software development and engineering processes.
Build new infrastructure for the firm’s books and records to comply with Basel 3 regulations.
Manage the development of platforms and calculation engines for risk management and regulatory reporting.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
10+ years of Engineering Industry experience.
5+ years of development experience with Java and other programming languages.
Knowledge of traditional (RDBMS) and modern datastores (NoSQL).
Experience designing and architecting systems.
Experience in the financial domain.
Strong project and people management skills.
Experience with Cloud (preferred).
