Test Site Kitchen Operations Lead

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end food and beverage programs from launch to optimization.
• Align with site leadership on user needs, headcount, and operational realities.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendors for quality, consistency, and scalability.
• Own financial performance including P&L, forecasting, and budget planning.
• Build and standardize SOPs while auditing for compliance and operational excellence.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in foodservice operations or hospitality management.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
• Strong background in multi-site operations and program management across diverse site types.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Deep understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Proven financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
